Why this book and why now?
My sister was my inspiration. After losing her, I wanted to share some of the laughter and tears we had through out our lifetime. Writing this book helped me heal.
Would you and your main character(s) get along?
Absolutely. My family and friends were my inspiration. The age of three of my main characters are easily to relate to because I’m that age.
Do your character names have special significance or meaning?
My grandkids call me Grammie and my sister’s grandkids called her Gaga.
Did any real-life events or personal experiences influence the story?
Over 85% of the story are real life and personal.
How does it feel to finally share this book with readers?
Sharing this book and the positive feedback feels like coming up for air.
What TV show would your main character(s) most likely binge watch and why?
Golden Girls. Same humor.
What’s your main character(s)’s favorite book and why?
Grammie would love The Big Tow by Ann McMan
Which character do you relate to the most, and why?
Grammie. She was created from my heart.
Which character was the most fun to write, and which was the hardest?
Definetly Grammie was the most fun. Hardest??? I cant think of any.
