After all, we know the weekend is when so many of us are able to unwind for a minute and want to get lost in a good woman loving woman book. What could be better?
In today’s post, you’ll find cheerful LGBTQ+ news stories to combat all the negative ones bombarding our screens.

Before we unveil this week’s author, here are all 5 clues in case you missed them:
1. In 2023, I won a full scholarship to 20booksto50K, a five-day writers conference for indie authors.
2. I published my first short story in February 2023, a billionaire romance series that is still ongoing.
3. Most of my stories are centered around Michigan (Detroit). Michigan is my home, and I love the mitten state.
4. I enjoy writing the love-at-first-sight trope, and all of my stories follow this theme.
5. To gather information for my new short story, I made a trip back to my former workplace from my teenage years, Checkers. My main goal was to reconnect with my old boss and refresh my memory of the fast food industry’s inner workings.
