Why this book and why now?
Follow The Money is an Epic Love Story and I’m a sucker for epic. Why now? Because it’s always the right time to celebrate that forever love exists and that it is as diverse as humanity. I’m inspired by the beauty and strength of the love I see brighten the world each day.
What is a significant way your book has changed since either the first draft or the way you thought it would turn out when you first had the inspiration?
The most significant change is that it is a book. It began as backstory notes for characters in my multi-cast Sci-fi series “The Hidden Relic Hunter”. However, Tessa and Jezel’s love blossomed on the page like honeysuckle near a beehive and I had to write “Follow The Money” to tell their story.
What’s your main character(s)’s favorite book and why?
Jezel’s favorite book is “The Adventure Calendar”. It is her favorite book because it is a collection of stories and adventures that she created with her dad.
What 3 things would your main character want with them if they got stranded away from civilization, and why?
1. Knife – because one tool can help you create more tools.
2. Flint – because, well fire.
3. Wine – because, well you need alcohol for wounds of course. (wink)
Publishing a book is a huge accomplishment and it’s time to party! Choose a celebratory beverage for one of your main characters to toast the release of your new book.
