Why this book and why now?

Well, I had so much fun writing the Christmas romance novel that I thought writing another holiday would be fun but I didn’t want something so played out like Valentine’s Day. St. Patrick’s day is a fun holiday and something I thought I could have a unique take on with a FF romance.

Would you and your main character(s) get along?

We would! I would LOVE to be best friends with Ellie! She seems like so much fun, so honest and very outgoing. She’s exactly the kind of friend I’d want in my life.

What’s your main character(s)’s favorite book and why?

I hate to answer this but neither of my main character’s read. This would severely hurt Ellie’s best friend’s feelings considering how she got together with her partner, but they just aren’t the bookish type. Reese has tried to read some biographies on celebrities she’s liked and just couldn’t get into them. Ellie feels like she read enough in school growing up.

One of your main characters is planning a romantic night. Tell us about it. What do they do?

Reese would totally try to plan something for her and Ellie like a nice night in and Ellie would end up coming home with last minute concert tickets. Ellie would feel totally bad but really want to go out and Reese wouldn’t want her to miss out. They’d plan for something for the next night and Reese would know better than to try and surprise Ellie again.

Publishing a book is a huge accomplishment and it’s time to party! Choose a celebratory beverage for one of your main characters to toast the release of your new book.

Green beer! Because it’s St. Patrick’s day and all the drinks should be green!
