Why this book and why now?

I LOVE empowering women to unleash their inner warrior, and I thought it couldn’t get any better than creating an all-women sapphic Temple with a kickass Arch Priestess and two hundred and fifty women warriors ready, willing, and able to protect women within their realm.

Would you and your main character(s) get along? Why, or why not?

Absolutely! I love my characters and would be a great addition to the Blades (what their warriors are called) because I’m an Aries with Taurus rising, so look out, world, a badass (okay, one who cries at commercials and loves It’s a Wonderful Life) is comin’ your way.

What’s your main character(s)’s favorite book and why?

The Art of War by Sun Tzu because, well, badass….

Aside from the obvious food and shelter, what 3 things would your main character want with them if they got stranded away from civilization, and why?

1. A big knife or machete so she can keep her weapons skills sharp, protect herself from predators, and build a shelter 2. Flint and Steel to start a fire 3. The book Once a Month by Nicole Pyland because… well…. she’s gonna be all alone, right?

Publishing a book is a huge accomplishment and it’s time to party! Choose a celebratory beverage for one of your main characters to toast the release of your new book!

A spicy mango margarita with a chili rim. Fun and flirty, perfect mix of sweet and spicy, but have one too many, and the tequila may have her picking fights with the creep guy trying to hit on her girlfriend at the alehouse.
