The IHS BookFinder is Even More Powerful Now

On August 16, we announced that the I Heart SapphFic BookFinder had over 7,000 books. There are now more than 7,300 books, but that’s not what we’re talking about today.

We have another exciting announcement about the BookFinder. It has three new functionality features.

Since launching the I Heart SapphFic BookFinder in October of 2022, readers and authors started asking for us to expand the capabilities of the database. While we couldn’t afford to make the changes at the time, we dutifully wrote down the requests.

Three items in particular were requested repeatedly.

The ability to search for two themes at one time instead of just one theme
The ability to search for audiobooks
The ability to search for Kindle Unlimited books

As of this morning, September 5, 2024 you can do all three with the BookFinder.

When you go to the BookFinder, you’ll see the option to add a second theme:

When you choose two themes, you’ll receive results for books that contain both themes to help you narrow down your reading choice to give you what you want the most.

To search for either audiobooks or Kindle Unlimited, use the Select a Book Format option:

We’re very proud of the BookFinder and over the years, we plan on enhancing it even more. We do ask for patience, though. Having the website developers make changes is expensive. We would love to do everything at once, but we simply can’t.
