Before buying a “free” book, please ensure it’s free in your marketplace. Amazon has a habit of changing the price of permafree titles in stores outside of the US. Please know this it out of the author’s control and we are unable to check prices in all Amazon stores.
Some of the books are only free today, August 15, 2025, so don’t miss out!

Meet Anna! Say hi to our 6-month-old darkhaired foster, Anna. Rescued from the streets of Houston, but her wild and wonderful personality speaks of how resilient puppers can really be ❤️🩹 Submitted by L. J. Powell , a sapphic author.
Today’s post is also sponsored by Isabella. Please check out Undercover Desire.

QUEER NEWS THAT’LL MAKE YOU SMILE
It can seem sometimes like all the news these days is bad. We won’t deny there’s a lot of troubling things going on, including a rise in hate crimes. But it’s not all terrible out there! We want to do our best to highlight good news, because while it may seem like the world is filled with hate, there are many individuals who are living their best lives with a rainbow in their heart.
This week’s good news involves a K-pop artist.
Korean pop star Cherry has come out as transgender, stating that she uses she/her pronouns and becoming one of the first openly trans women in the K-pop industry.
She said, “This isn’t a hobby, it’s my life. I’m trans.” She continued, “Because I wasn’t an ordinary person, I couldn’t reveal everything from the start. My goal was to take it slow. I’m just going with my goal.”
There are significant challenges for the queer community in South Korea, but Cherry’s fans celebrated her coming out, flooding social media with messages of support and making the hashtag #ProudOfCherry trend across South Korean platforms.
Visibility matters.

That’s all for today.
Wishing all of you a wonderful Friday!
