Butterflies in Paris

By Shannon O'Connor

The more time Brooke spends with Willow, the more she starts to like Paris. Will a chance encounter change her forever?

The last thing Brooke wanted was to spend spring break as a newly single fifth wheel to her friends in Paris. They beg her to come, promising their happy relationships won’t be the focus of the trip. She begrudgingly gets on the plane and regrets it.

The more she tries to enjoy herself, for her friend’s sake, the less she does. As one friend gets engaged and another is cheated on, Brooke is sure this trip is some kind of punishment. The year has been less than kind to her, and this is just the icing on the cake.

So when she meets a beautiful artist, Willow on the top of the Eiffel Tower, she can’t help but hope things are starting to look up for her. After a drunk text, Willow saving her life and a few laughs, the two bond over coffee. The more time Brooke spends with Willow, the more she starts to like Paris. Will a chance encounter change her forever?
