Sophie and Becca have been best friends since they were in junior high.

When Becca asks her to be the maid of honor in her wedding, there’s no way Sophie can say no. Even if it means driving cross-country to get there.

Circumstances go awry when Sophie discovers her partner cheating on her the night before the big trip. Devastated, Sophie isn’t sure she’ll make it to the wedding. Becca won’t take no for an answer. She arranges for Nika, her sister, to pick up Sophie in the morning. Sophie wants nothing to do with Nika. She has always been this gorgeous, infuriating woman who acts like she’s got a grudge to hold. Especially against Sophie.

Sophie has never told her best friend that she had a fling with Nika in high school. All these years, she’s kept that secret for fear of losing Becca’s friendship. When Nika shows up on her doorstep, Sophie’s emotions are thrown into overdrive. A three-day trip in a car with the girl who hates her? Not the best idea. Will they be able to make it to the wedding without going at each other’s throat or will old flames rekindle?
