One look was all it took for her to lose all boundaries.

Hi. My name is Lisa Salt. I’m a college freshman with exactly one friend, most days. I was chasing my mother’s dream of going into medicine, maintaining the empty social life she always envisioned for me.

It was a calm, irrelevant existence, and I miss every second of it. Because when Sofia Rossi looked at me, my world fractured.

It was just a look. One look from the most untouchable girl on campus, and I lost every boundary I had.

In all fairness, most of this is probably my fault—but I barely tried to stalk her. I might have misread some signals when I ended up inside her house without her knowing. It was a matter of not being very experienced in dealing with… what’s it called? Ah, yeah. Other people.

I’ve contracted a rather pathological obsession that I’m not entirely sure is legal. And somewhere along the way, I stopped being the only one having it.
