Sponsor SpotlightOne of the new features with the website is authors are now able to support IHS through paid advertising. Many authors have joined our Advertising Pilot Program to help us test the ads and to allow wiggle room for our website developers to make adjustments in real time.

As a way to show our appreciation for sponsoring the all-new I Heart SapphFic, we’re spotlighting authors who’ve joined the Advertising Pilot Program.

Check out Jae’s Spotlight and Harper Bliss’s Spotlight. We wouldn’t be able to run IHS without the amazing support of so many brilliant, kind, and generous authors. Please support all the authors helping IHS.

Cara Malone Selfie

Being an author can be lonely sometimes, but I had so much fun writing Thick as Thieves with Anna Cove. Maybe it’s sequel time!

Where the heck was TB?

TB loves exploring places near and far, so we’ve decided to start a weekly game, where TB goes on an adventure, snaps some photos, and then lets you guess her location.

To answer last week’s mystery, almost half of you were right. I had the pleasure of attending Doxie Days, and if you love cute animals, this event was such a delight. It’s hard to be around so many adorable dachshunds and not smile the whole time. A quarter of you are worried that Grey will not forgive me for spending time with dogs, and you might be right. I probably should have hosed down before walking through the door, because Grey took longer sniffing my shoes and pants when I got home, and she’s been extra bitey since. I have the marks on the top of my feet to prove it.

Now for this week’s fun.

Here are some facts about the place TB visited last week.

1. While the neighborhood is small it has nearly one hundred establishments and a variety of tourist attractions.

2. One of tourist attractions is Old North Church.

3. It’s known for its Italian restaurants.

4. It’s where you can visit Paul Revere’s House.

5. It’s a place in TB and Miranda’s latest novel, Devil’s Advocate, allowing TB another chance to mention cannoli, one of her favorite desserts.

Now for some of TB’s photos.

Time to vote where in the heck you think TB visited. Polls are open until October 13 and the answer will be revealed on Saturday, October 15.

We’re tabulating the results which will be announced on October 15.

Wishing all of you a wonderful weekend!

Miranda & TB
