Why this book and why now?
I’m just very invested in having more kinky and polyam sapphic books out there. I just want to read kinky things, and it went down from there, to be honest. I was also remembering how messy things could’ve gotten with one of my roommates back when I was sharing an apartment, so…yeah…
What is a significant way your book has changed since either the first draft or the way you thought it would turn out when you first had the inspiration?
To be honest, I think the only character I’ve always been clear on, and who hasn’t changed much, is Vic. The others have just been doing their thing ever since I started writing. Then again, what can you expect from brats and sugar-addicted Littles, right?
Would you and your main character(s) get along?
I think so? I want to think so, at least. Maybe it would take Rocío and me a bit to find some good footing but it’s nothing personal.
Do your character names have special significance or meaning?
Nope. Some of the side characters’s names do, though 😉
What TV show would your main character(s) most likely binge watch and why?
Anything and everything MCU. It started because of Lara, but they’re all secretly invested by now.
What 3 things would your main character want with them if they got stranded away from civilization, and why?
Vic: strap-on, the good scissors from the salon, her favorite pair of leather boots
Lara: whatever Vic told her to take because the anxiety would be real
Emma: her favorite stuffie, favorite blankie, and one of Lara’s hoodies
Rocío: honestly I don’t know if she’d manage to take anything with her, because she’s be trying to negotiate and it would be too late by the time she reached some sort of conclusion
One of your main characters is planning a romantic night. Tell us about it.
Vic takes the three of them camping outside. A part of her does it to rile up the femmes, another part of her wants to spoil Emma with s’mores. They all end up appreciating the coziness.
Publishing a book is a huge accomplishment and it’s time to party! Choose a celebratory beverage for one of your main characters to toast the release of your new book.
Vic’s drink of choice is whiskey with apple juice. Emma and Rocío go all out with hot chocolate with all the toppings. Lara just sticks to beer.
