Fortunately for the grammar-challenged, World Semicolon Day is dedicated to world mental health, not punctuation.
While proper use of a semicolon frequently eludes us, (that’s what an editor is for), the need for positive mental health is easy to understand. World Semicolon Day is related to the non-profit ‘Project Semicolon’ which defines itself as being “dedicated to presenting hope and love for those struggling with mental illness, suicide, addiction, and self-injury,” and “exists to encourage, love and inspire.”

World Semicolon Day is an opportunity to reach out to friends and family who are struggling with mental health issues and let them know they are not alone.
Today we bring you three sapphic books who have main characters that struggle with mental health.
