Before we get to today’s post, it’s time to reveal the identity of this week’s Guess the Author!
Every week we provide five clues about a sapphic author. On Saturday, we reveal the author’s identity.
Before we unveil this week’s author, here are all 5 clues in case you missed them:
1. I originally wanted to be a film director, and even got a Bachelor’s in film production.
2. I had a very unsuccessful career as a barista that ended with me being told ‘it’s worse having you here than not here’. Humbling, but they were right.
3. I used to write comic books and even made pitches to publishers, something I might end up having another run at eventually.
4. I have visited Japan twice, but can’t speak more than a few sentences in Japanese.
5. I am deeply interested in demons, mythology, and vampires, something that helped me greatly in writing my newest book.
Now it’s time to reveal their name. Drum roll please…
This week’s author is Chloe Slate!
