Here are Joana T’s top sapphic reads of 2025:
1. Puppy Love by Elle Sprinkle
It was a book that glued me to every page. The characters have so much depth that you truly feel for them. I read it after a short reading slump and it brought me back on track!
2. You’re Still the One by Claire Highton-Stevenson
It has some ‘will they won’t they’ and on some aspects it leaves you waiting until nearly the end. an awesome read.
3. The Weight of What Was by Pip Landers-Letts
This book made me laugh and cry a lot of times. Sometimes even at the same time. The story is so so beautiful and you can’t help but fall in love with every single one of the characters. Also, a trip to the nordics is to be expected.
4. Last Chance by Claire Highton-Stevenson
If you’re into sports and good sapphic love story, then this one is for you. The whole energy from each character put the book on my top 5. The chemistry was also out of this world.
5. Catching Carrie by Claire Highton-Stevenson
This author can do everything and her 3 appearances on my top 5 shows it. I kept on searching more from Claire and it was always better than the last.
