As Jo and Izzy recover from the events of “an unusual year”, they are given an apparently innocent present by an eccentric colleague at their school.
When the present turns out to be a lost Fabergé egg they find themselves dragged into a world of Russian artefacts, money laundering, police and lawyers. Then some of their students start to make up complaints about them abnd they have to play a game of school politics too.
As if that wasn’t enough, they still have to try to live together and maybe even plan for the future.
