Before we get to today’s Friday Feels Fun post, it’s time for Guess the Author
Every week, we’ll provide five clues about a sapphic author. This game helps readers get to know their favorite authors while having fun.
Here is today’s clue:
Clue #5: I love the beach, but Christmas is my favorite holiday. Binging Hallmark movies is a must (especially since they’ve added sapphic characters over the years).

5 Random Things is our way of helping readers to get to know top sapphic book authors all the while having a bit of fun.
Here are five random facts about Madison Nicole.
1. When I was younger I broke both of my heel bones and had to wear space boots for a whole summer to heal.
2. I love maximalism. My dream decor in my home is moody colors, splashy wall paper, funky furniture and minimal white or beige.
3. I just started adult ice skating classes and am having the best time!
4. I do in fact juggle professionally in a circus. People think it’s because one day I picked up juggling and was amazing. I actually was taught and was terrible but then I got obsessed and practiced a lot so I did become quite good through many hours of dropped balls.
5. I have the cutest little pupper named Brûlée like the dessert and she is a doxie poo.
Have you read Tangled Encounters yet?

Before buying a “free” book, please ensure it’s free in your marketplace. Amazon has a habit of changing the price of permafree titles in stores outside of the US. Please know this it out of the author’s control and we are unable to check prices in all Amazon stores.
Some of the books are only free today, May 15, 2026, so don’t miss out!

Meet Duder. He’s my spoiled brat. But he’s cute so he gets away with it. Submitted by Marisa Billions, a sapphic author.
Today’s post is also sponsored by Barbara Winkes. Please check out Indiscretions.

HAVE YOU VOTED IN THE LATEST BOOKS OF THE MONTH POLL?
Voting for April Books of the Month closes on May 31.
QUEER NEWS THAT’LL MAKE YOU SMILE
It can seem sometimes like all the news these days is bad. We won’t deny there’s a lot of troubling things going on, including a rise in hate crimes. But it’s not all terrible out there! We want to do our best to highlight good news, because while it may seem like the world is filled with hate, there are many individuals who are living their best lives with a rainbow in their heart.
This week’s good news involves Satan
TB here. Publishing a book is an emotional rollercoaster for me. I’m excited, while also screaming, “This is going to be the end of me!” I don’t know how to control this fear, but the fact that we keep hitting the publish button proves I’m a glutton for punishment. Also, I’m a full-time writer, so publishing is literally in my job description.
We published Not Today Satan last week and the book is doing well. Picture me heaving a huge sigh of relief.
If you haven’t had a chance to check it out, click here. It’s available in Kindle Unlimited.
That’s all for today.
Wishing all of you a wonderful Friday!
Miranda & TB
