Countdown to Record-Breaking Views
Now that we’ve reached the magical number of 10k in the book database, it’s time to announce another number we’re chasing that TB has been keeping a close eye on.
Last year, we had 2,119,942 views.
As of writing this, we’re currently sitting at 2,088,096.
That means we need 31,846 more views to beat last year’s number. We have two months and a couple of weeks to hit that number.
Given that TB is so bad at numbers, it’s funny that she’s been so focused on them lately. Little did she know, when she started IHS all the way back in 2017 that it would become so popular with readers. That thought puts a rainbow in her heart!

Every week we’ll provide five clues about a sapphic author. This game helps readers get to know their favorite authors while having fun.

Clue #1: I desperately wanted to be an English Literature professor until grad school, when one of my advisors told me that I was “too free-spirited” (derogatory) for academia, and only then did it occur to me that all I’d ever actually wanted to do was be a writer. Whoops!
